| Project 2 is the is Digital Convergence Initiative. Started at the IC2 Institute at the University of Texas at Austin, it began as part of that Institute's continuing effort to create wealth through expanded uses of capitalism for the purpose of maintaining a stable and civil society. This activity involved both the leadership of IC2 and its Fellow network The goal of DCI Texas is to create an economic super cluster through the growth of the Digital Convergence business and research base of the Central Texas corridor from Waco through Austin to San Antonio and the surrounding and included communities. |
